Website analytics notice

This notice covers optional analytics on Firnity and the public marketing and documentation sites for Discord for Jira, Questions & Answers for Confluence, Discord for Confluence and NotiCord. App services and Marketplace pages have their own notices.

Who and why

Łukasz Wiatrak, trading as Łukasz Wiatrak Firnity, is responsible. Contact: contact@firnity.com. With your consent, we analyse visits, traffic sources and selected link clicks to improve these websites. You can use them without allowing analytics.

Information collected

We collect page paths, referring websites and campaign labels, selected link clicks, event times, device information and random browser/session identifiers. We do not read form fields or page content or record browsing sessions. Link authors may include personal information in campaign labels.

Your choice

Analytics starts after Allow analytics. Your browser remembers your choice and, if allowed, analytics identifiers and source information for that website. These identifiers are not shared with app sign-in.

Use Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice. Reject stops new collection and clears local analytics identifiers. Previously collected information may still reach our provider; Reject does not delete records already received. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Provider and retention

We use PostHog, Inc.'s EU-hosted service. IP addresses may be processed in network communications. PostHog may process data outside the EEA using the safeguards described in its data processing agreement.

We keep browser-linked website analytics for up to 12 months, then delete or anonymise it. We may keep anonymous statistics longer to compare trends.

Requests and changes

Contact contact@firnity.com about access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. We may need information from the relevant browser to locate its records. You may complain to UODO or your local data protection authority.

We update this notice when our personal-data processing changes. Advertising or linking website activity to an app account is outside this analytics choice.
